Kate Swaney, MC, RCC

Compassion, empathy,
and just a little bit of laughter.

I am a counsellor located in Vancouver, BC, offering both in-person and virtual therapy.

I specialize in disordered eating, and the complex relationships we often have with our bodies, food, and exercise. I also support folks experiencing the symptoms of trauma, as  well as those navigating relationship changes.

I provide warmth, compassion, and evidence-based approaches to help you navigate the moments in life that make up the big picture.
